We develop state-of-the-art structural bioinformatics methods including tools for prediction of nucleotide binding sites on proteins (aaRNA), structure-informed multiple sequence alignment (MAFFT + ASH), Antibody 3D modeling (Kotai Antibody Builder), and atomic-level force fields (OSCAR).
In addition, we are continuously striving to apply our methods to problems of interest to the biological community.
Two areas we are currently focusing our attention on are post-transcriptional regulation and functional prediction of B- and T-cell repertoires.
